when I missed an appointment due to my mother being admitted to a&e I had to wait and be referred by my gp which took several weeks. Aside from this the care was efficient fast and carring. Waiting times were fairly small although on one on one occasion I did wait 40 mins to be seen overall excellent.

I cannot fault the treatment received from Mr Morgan and his very pleasant manner. The nurses have always been very kind and the receptionists efficient and helpful.

The consultant Mr Ajala was helpful, showed me the scans and explained what he saw + treated me with respect. Both the nursing staff were friendly, professional, kind and answered some questions I had. It would have been helpful if the hospital had confirmed my appointment by letter it was booked on the booking line. i ended up ringing on the morning of the appointment to check i was booked in. also better if i had been informed that a procedure would be carried out at this first appointment. i knew i needed the procedure, but no one could say if it would be done then and there - more info please. overall- attitude of staff, which was very good was most important aspect
